This time we invite you to the place, which is not as obvious, when you plan your first tour around Lower Silesia. We propose that you visit with us a cosy mountain shelter, „Andrzejówka”, which has gained several prizes according to its service. From here we are going to hike to Waligóra – one of the peaks of Suche mountains, which are also known as „Silesian Tatras”. From here we will drive to the village of Sokołowsko which was previously a climatic health resort. It was the world’s first sanatorium of tuberculosis, which opened in 1855. On the root of the sanatorium of Sokołowsko, the sanatorium in Davos was opened.
The place in worth seeing because of it’s unique architecture, but also because of some cultural events, especially movie festivals. We will also show you an unique building in Sudety mountains – an orthodox church with an interesting history. After IIWW, it was used as a summer house.
We recommend the tour for those who are looking for hidden places and beautiful landscapes. Participating in this tour requires that you, at least, are in good health.
