Terms of Booking

You are submitting your booking via our website or e-mail and we do our best to confirm your tour or contact you as soon as possible. But, as we can be busy on other tours, please call us if you didn’t get an answer in 24 hours. Our number is +48 697 456 175 and we are waiting for your call during regular working hours which are as follows:

• May – September 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (GMT+2) every day
• October – April 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (GMT+2) every day

We are asking you for 100% pre-payment for our tours. You can pay by credit card through our secure payment system or PayPal. On the day of the tour we can unfortunately only take cash.

Please note that if your group has made a pre-payment deposit and some members do not show up, they will lose their deposits.

As a traveler, you can always cancel and we will partly or fully refund you. A confirmed reservation can be cancelled by a participant at any time up to the moment of the actual event.

• Cancelling more than 24 hours before the tour → 100% of the fee will be refunded.
• Cancelling less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show → no refund will be done

We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking if you do it at least 24 hours before your tour. If you have made a group booking and some group members fail to show up at the last moment, you are responsible for compensating us for the related costs (renting a larger vehicle, for example).

By booking a tour you confirm that participation takes place at your own risk and insurance is not provided by Wrocław Explorers.

There is a risk to exclude a participant from the group if he/she shows up intoxicated or is offensive towards other travelers or the tour guide.

In case our property is damaged by fault of a traveler, he/she will be responsible for covering the costs.

Wrocław Explorers is a brand owned by Muntii Mariola Borecka, which is a company registered in Poland. As the seller with free-tax status the company is exempt from VAT tax.

If you need an invoice (0% VAT), just let us know and we will send it via e-mail after the tour.
